A daily mushroom gummy with ten functional mushroom species, concentrated 10:1 fruiting body extracts, and a natural raspberry flavor. Vegan, non-GMO, gluten-free, and labeled as allergen-free. Pectin-based, not animal gelatin.
Functional mushrooms have been consumed across multiple cultures for centuries, in teas, decoctions, tinctures, and as food. The modern challenge is fitting that practice into a daily routine without juggling capsules, powders, or brewing rituals. Pilly Labs Mushroom Gummies put ten researched mushroom species into a single daily gummy with concentrated fruiting body extracts, no artificial additives, and a pleasant raspberry flavor.
- 10 functional mushroom species: Lion's Mane, Reishi, Cordyceps, Chaga, Turkey Tail, Maitake, Shiitake, Royal Sun Agaricus, White Button, and Black Fungus
- 10:1 fruiting body extracts, the actual mushroom rather than mycelium grown on grain
- Vegan, non-GMO, gluten-free, and labeled as allergen-free
- Pectin-based gummies, no animal-derived gelatin
- Manufactured with FDA-registered, GMP-certified U.S. partners
- Natural raspberry flavor, no artificial sweeteners
Why a Multi-Mushroom Daily Gummy
The functional mushroom category has grown rapidly because consumers are interested in incorporating traditional wellness ingredients into modern routines. But the practical reality of doing that has been awkward. Mushroom teas require brewing time most people don't have. Mushroom powders need to be mixed into other foods or beverages. Capsules work but typically require swallowing multiple pills daily. None of these formats fit seamlessly into the way most people actually live.
Pilly Labs Mushroom Gummies are designed for the reader who wants daily mushroom intake to be effortless. Chew two gummies, done, no preparation, no swallowing pills. The format is the differentiation more than any specific health claim.*
The ten-species formulation reflects the traditional approach of consuming multiple mushroom species rather than a single isolated extract. Different species contain different bioactive compounds, and the diverse-species approach has historical precedent in traditional medicine practices across multiple cultures. The product is positioned as a daily contribution to dietary mushroom intake, not as a clinical-dose supplementation strategy targeting any specific outcome.*
How These Mushroom Gummies Differ From Most Mushroom Supplements
Most mushroom supplements on the market in 2026 fall into one of three patterns. Pilly Labs Mushroom Gummies are designed differently in three specific ways.
No proprietary blends. Many mushroom supplements list ingredients as a "Mushroom Blend" with a single combined weight, leaving you unable to tell how much of each species you are actually taking. The Pilly Labs label discloses the species individually rather than hiding them in a proprietary blend.
Fruiting body, not mycelium-on-grain. Some mushroom supplements list "mushroom" as an ingredient but the actual material is mycelium (the root-like growing phase) cultivated on rice or oat grain. The grain often makes up a meaningful percentage of the final product weight. Pilly Labs uses fruiting body extracts (the actual mushroom) for all ten species in this formula.
Vegan pectin format, not animal gelatin. Most gummy supplements use animal-derived gelatin as the gelling agent. Pilly Labs Mushroom Gummies use plant-derived pectin, making the product suitable for vegan diets without sacrificing the soft-chew texture that makes gummies easy to take daily.
None of these differences mean the product is right for every reader. Some readers prefer single-species concentrated extracts, instant powders, or capsule formats. The gummy format is one of several legitimate options, and being explicit about that helps you decide if it fits your specific routine.
The Ten Mushrooms in Every Daily Serving
Pilly Labs Mushroom Gummies contain ten functional mushroom species: Lion's Mane, Reishi, Cordyceps militaris, Chaga, Turkey Tail, Maitake, Shiitake, Royal Sun Agaricus, White Button, and Black Fungus. All are 10:1 fruiting body extracts (the actual mushroom, not mycelium-on-grain). Each daily serving (two gummies) delivers concentrated extracts of all ten species, with each species included based on traditional use history and the published research base.
Below is the species list with factual context, not benefit claims, for each one.
Lion's Mane (Hericium erinaceus)
A white, shaggy-looking mushroom traditionally used in Asian wellness practices for centuries. Contains bioactive compounds called hericenones (found in the fruiting body) and erinacines (found in the mycelium). One of the most-studied functional mushrooms in modern research. Pilly Labs uses fruiting body extract.*
Reishi (Ganoderma lucidum)
Known as the "mushroom of immortality" in traditional Chinese medicine. Contains triterpenes and beta-glucan compounds. Traditionally consumed as a daily tonic in East Asian wellness practices. Pilly Labs uses fruiting body extract.*
Cordyceps (Cordyceps militaris)
A specialized fungus that grows in mountain regions and has been used in traditional Tibetan and Chinese practices for centuries. Contains nucleoside compounds including cordycepin and adenosine. Pilly Labs uses Cordyceps militaris fruiting body extract.*
Chaga (Inonotus obliquus)
A black, cracked fungus that grows on birch trees in cold climates. Traditionally consumed in Northern European, Russian, and Siberian folk practices as a tea or decoction. Contains beta-glucans, polyphenols, and melanin pigments. Pilly Labs uses Chaga fruiting body extract.*
Turkey Tail (Trametes versicolor)
A common forest mushroom found across temperate climates worldwide. Contains beta-glucan compounds that have been the subject of extensive research. Traditional use includes Asian herbal medicine. Pilly Labs uses fruiting body extract.*
Maitake (Grifola frondosa)
A culinary and medicinal mushroom native to Japan, sometimes called "hen of the woods." Contains beta-glucan compounds. Has been consumed as both food and traditional wellness ingredient. Pilly Labs uses fruiting body extract.*
Shiitake (Lentinula edodes)
The familiar culinary mushroom that has also been used in traditional Asian wellness practices for centuries. Contains lentinan (a beta-glucan) and eritadenine. Widely consumed as food in cuisines worldwide. Pilly Labs uses fruiting body extract.*
Royal Sun Agaricus (Agaricus blazei)
A mushroom native to Brazil that has been adopted into wellness practices in Japan and other regions. Contains beta-glucan compounds. Pilly Labs uses fruiting body extract.*
White Button (Agaricus bisporus)
The common culinary mushroom found in grocery stores worldwide. Even the most familiar mushroom species contain bioactive compounds. Pilly Labs uses fruiting body extract.*
Black Fungus (Auricularia polytricha)
A traditional Chinese culinary mushroom commonly used in soups and stir-fries. Contains compounds that have been studied for various properties. Pilly Labs uses fruiting body extract.*
How Pilly Labs Mushroom Gummies Compare to Other Mushroom Supplements
For readers comparing mushroom supplements across formats, here is how Pilly Labs Mushroom Gummies sit in the category as of the May 2026 update of this page.
| Format | Typical Species | Convenience | Per-Species Dose | Daily Routine Fit |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Pilly Labs Gummies | 10 species (broad spectrum) | High (chew, no prep) | Moderate (10:1 extract) | Easy daily inclusion |
| Mushroom capsules | 1-4 species (focused) | Medium (pill swallowing) | Higher per species | Requires water and timing |
| Mushroom powders | 1-6 species (variable) | Low (mixing required) | Variable | Requires beverage or food |
| Mushroom tinctures | 1-3 species (focused) | Medium (dropper) | Variable | Requires measurement |
| Mushroom coffee | 2-6 species (variable) | Medium (brewing) | Lower per serving | Replaces existing habit |
Each format has trade-offs. Gummies prioritize convenience and broad species coverage at moderate per-species doses. Capsules and tinctures deliver higher per-species doses but require more deliberate consumption. Powders and coffees integrate into existing meals or beverages. The right format depends on what already fits your daily life.
If you prefer a focused two-mushroom (Lion's Mane and Chaga) coffee format instead of a ten-mushroom gummy, our Pilly Labs Premium Mushroom Coffee may fit better. Many readers use both: gummies for daily broad-spectrum mushroom intake, coffee for the morning ritual.
Who Pilly Labs Mushroom Gummies Are Designed For
You might love Pilly Labs Mushroom Gummies if you:
- Want a convenient way to incorporate multiple functional mushroom species into a daily routine
- Prefer fruiting body extracts rather than mycelium-on-grain products
- Value vegan, pectin-based gummies over animal-derived gelatin formats
- Appreciate transparent ingredient sourcing and U.S.-based manufacturing
- Are building a multi-product wellness routine and want a mushroom complement to other supplements
- Want a daily mushroom intake without swallowing capsules or mixing powders
These gummies may not be the right fit if you:
- Want very high-dose targeted supplementation of a single mushroom species (consider a dedicated extract product instead, such as our standalone Chaga supplement for higher single-species dosing)
- Prefer capsules or powders over gummy formats
- Want a single-species product focused on one mushroom rather than a broad spectrum
- Have known mushroom allergies or sensitivities
- Have any medical condition that warrants discussing supplement intake with a clinician (see the safety section below)
If you are a coffee drinker who wants to incorporate mushrooms into a morning ritual rather than through a separate gummy, our Pilly Labs Premium Mushroom Coffee combines organic Lion's Mane and Chaga with single-origin Arabica coffee. The two products are complementary. Many readers use both, but neither requires the other.
How to Use Pilly Labs Mushroom Gummies
Suggested use: Two gummies daily.
Getting started (Week 1): If you are new to mushroom supplements, you may want to start with one gummy daily for the first few days to allow your body to adjust. Some readers experience mild digestive shifts when introducing new compounds, which typically settle within a week.
Building the routine (Weeks 2 and beyond): Most readers settle into two gummies daily. You can take both at once or split them across the day. Timing is flexible. Some prefer morning, some evening, some with meals. The product is designed to be forgiving on timing.
What to expect:
Individual responses to functional mushroom products vary substantially. Some readers report subtle changes over weeks of consistent use; others notice nothing in particular. Both experiences are normal. The product is designed as a daily contribution to dietary mushroom intake, not as a stimulant or rapid-onset supplement.
There are no published clinical trials on Pilly Labs Mushroom Gummies as a finished formulation, so any specific timeline expectations should be flexible. Consistency matters more than dose timing.
Practical tips:
- Consistency over time is more useful than perfect daily timing
- Can be taken with or without food
- Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight
- Works alongside other Pilly Labs products without conflict
What Do Pilly Labs Mushroom Gummies Taste Like?
Natural raspberry flavor. The formulation avoids artificial sweeteners and excessive sugar, so the taste is fruity but not candy-like. Most readers describe the experience as pleasant and easy to incorporate into a daily routine. There is no mushroom flavor.
The pectin base produces a softer chew than animal-gelatin gummies. This makes the gummies easier on teeth and easier to take consistently. The texture is similar to other premium pectin-based gummies on the market in 2026.
What This Product Is Not
Pilly Labs is deliberately specific about what this product is and what it is not, because that clarity serves you better than overstated marketing.
This product is not a medication. It is a dietary supplement containing functional mushroom extracts. It is not approved by the FDA to address any medical condition.
This product has not been independently clinically studied as a finished formulation. Research exists on the individual mushroom species in various forms and doses, but Pilly Labs Mushroom Gummies as the finished ten-species blend has not been the subject of its own published clinical trial. Any claims about specific outcomes from this specific product would go beyond the available evidence.
This product is not a high-dose extract. A two-gummy daily serving provides a contribution to your dietary mushroom intake. It is not designed to deliver the per-species doses used in clinical research, which often range from 1,000mg to 3,000mg of concentrated extract per individual species. Readers seeking targeted high-dose supplementation should consider dedicated single-species extract products.
This product is not a substitute for medical care. If you have a health concern, work with a qualified healthcare provider. No dietary supplement should replace clinical evaluation and treatment.
This product is not promising specific outcomes. Individual responses to functional mushroom products vary substantially. The most accurate statement we can make is that some readers integrate this product into their daily routine and find it valuable; others try it and notice nothing in particular. Your experience is your own to evaluate.
Safety Considerations and When to Consult a Clinician First
Mushroom supplements are generally well-tolerated by healthy adults, but several conditions and medications warrant a conversation with your healthcare provider before regular consumption of any mushroom product.
Consult a clinician before starting if you take any of the following:
- Anticoagulant medications (blood thinners) such as warfarin, apixaban, rivaroxaban, or daily aspirin. Several mushroom species, including Maitake, Chaga, and Lion's Mane, have been associated with potential anticoagulant activity in preliminary research.
- Diabetes medications including insulin, metformin, sulfonylureas, GLP-1 agonists, and SGLT2 inhibitors. Some mushroom compounds may affect blood glucose levels, which could compound the effect of glucose-lowering medications. Maitake and Royal Sun Agaricus have been particularly noted in this context.
- Immunosuppressant medications taken after organ transplant or for autoimmune conditions. Beta-glucan compounds in mushrooms may modulate immune activity in ways that could interfere with intended immunosuppression. Reishi and Turkey Tail are particularly relevant here.
- Antihypertensive medications for blood pressure. Some mushroom compounds may have additive blood-pressure effects.
Other contraindications to discuss with your clinician:
- Kidney conditions or kidney stone history. Chaga (included in this formula) contains naturally occurring oxalates, which can be a consideration for readers with reduced kidney function or a history of oxalate-containing kidney stones.
- Pregnancy and lactation. The safety of functional mushroom supplements during pregnancy and breastfeeding has not been adequately studied. The conservative approach is to avoid these products during these life stages.
- Mushroom allergies. If you have a history of allergic reactions to mushrooms, do not consume this product.
- Upcoming surgery. Because several mushroom species have been associated with potential anticoagulant activity, discontinue use at least two weeks before scheduled surgery and discuss with your surgical team.
For general guidance on dietary supplement interactions, the NIH National Center for Complementary and Integrative Health provides a consumer reference on using dietary supplements wisely, including discussion of medication interactions, surgery considerations, and supplement-supplement interactions: NIH NCCIH dietary supplement guidance. The medication interaction discussion in that resource applies to functional mushroom supplements broadly.
Quality and Manufacturing Standards
Pilly Labs Mushroom Gummies are manufactured under specific quality standards. The following are accurate as of the May 2026 update of this page.
- Manufactured with FDA-registered, GMP-certified U.S. facilities. All manufacturing is conducted by partners holding current Good Manufacturing Practice certifications.
- 10:1 fruiting body extracts. The mushroom material is extracted from fruiting body sources (the actual mushroom), not mycelium cultivated on grain substrates. The 10:1 ratio means approximately ten pounds of raw mushroom material is concentrated into one pound of extract.
- Third-party tested. Each production lot undergoes third-party testing for purity and microbiological standards.
- Pectin-based. The gummy uses plant-derived pectin rather than animal-derived gelatin, making the product suitable for vegan diets.
- Vegan, gluten-free, and labeled as allergen-free. The formulation contains no animal-derived ingredients, no gluten-containing grains, and no major food allergens as ingredients.
- Non-GMO. The formulation contains no genetically modified ingredients.
- Natural raspberry flavor. No artificial flavors or excessive sweeteners.
Allergen facility note: The product is manufactured in a facility that also processes products containing common allergens (milk, soy, wheat, egg, peanuts, tree nuts, fish, and shellfish). While Pilly Labs Mushroom Gummies themselves contain none of these as ingredients, individuals with severe allergies should review the full label warning before purchase.
Why People Take Functional Mushroom Supplements
This is a category-level question worth addressing honestly.
People take functional mushroom supplements for several reasons. Some are drawn to the long history of traditional use of mushrooms like Lion's Mane, Reishi, Cordyceps, and Chaga in Asian, Northern European, and other wellness traditions. Some are interested in the growing body of preliminary research on these mushrooms, even though human clinical evidence remains limited for many species and many findings have not been replicated in large, well-designed trials. Some prefer the convenience of a daily gummy format over capsules, powders, or tinctures. Some appreciate consuming a broader spectrum of mushroom species than they could realistically get from any single product.
What the research does not support, despite frequent marketing claims to the contrary, is that any specific mushroom supplement reliably produces specific health outcomes for any specific person. Individual responses vary substantially, and the most honest framing is that some readers find functional mushrooms a valuable addition to their daily routine and others notice nothing in particular.
For deeper context on the research base, peer-reviewed reviews of the relevant compounds are available through the National Library of Medicine. A 2025 narrative review of Hericium erinaceus (Lion's Mane) covers the bioactive compound profile, and a 2024 review of Inonotus obliquus (Chaga) covers the polysaccharide and triterpenoid research base. Both emphasize that despite promising preclinical findings, robust human clinical validation remains limited.
If You're Building a Daily Routine: Other Pilly Labs Products
Many readers who use Pilly Labs Mushroom Gummies daily also incorporate other Pilly Labs products into their broader routine. Each product is independent. None requires another to be useful.
- Pilly Labs Premium Mushroom Coffee is a freeze-dried Arabica coffee with organic Lion's Mane and organic Chaga powders. A complementary option for readers who want to incorporate mushroom intake into a morning coffee ritual rather than only through gummies.
- Pilly Labs Chaga Mushroom Supplement is a standalone concentrated Chaga product for readers who specifically want higher per-serving Chaga content beyond what the multi-mushroom gummy delivers.
- Pilly Labs Turmeric Gummies provide a curcumin-with-piperine option for readers building a broader daily routine.
Frequently Asked Questions About Pilly Labs Mushroom Gummies
How long until I notice anything?
Individual experiences vary substantially. Some readers report subtle changes over 2 to 4 weeks of consistent use; others notice nothing in particular and continue use as a daily routine contribution. Some readers stop because they don't perceive any difference, and that's a reasonable conclusion if the product doesn't fit your experience. The product is not designed to produce dramatic immediate effects.
What do the gummies taste like?
Natural raspberry flavor. The formulation avoids artificial sweeteners and excessive sugar, so the taste is fruity but not candy-like. There is no mushroom flavor. Most readers describe the experience as pleasant and easy to incorporate into a daily routine.
How many mushrooms are in each gummy?
Each daily serving (two gummies) contains a blend of ten functional mushroom species: Lion's Mane, Reishi, Cordyceps militaris, Chaga, Turkey Tail, Maitake, Shiitake, Royal Sun Agaricus, White Button, and Black Fungus. All are 10:1 fruiting body extracts.
What is the difference between fruiting body and mycelium-on-grain?
The fruiting body is the actual mushroom, the part you would see growing on a tree or the forest floor. Mycelium is the root-like growing phase, often cultivated on grain substrate (rice or oats) to produce mushroom-related material at lower cost. Many mushroom supplements use mycelium-on-grain material, which may include significant amounts of grain in the final product. Pilly Labs uses fruiting body extracts for all ten species in this formula.
Can I take these with other supplements?
The product generally works alongside most other supplements without conflict. If you take prescription medications or are managing a specific health condition, discuss your full supplement and medication regimen with your healthcare provider or pharmacist, who can flag any specific concerns.
Should I take them with food?
Either approach works. Some readers prefer taking the gummies with meals for optimal absorption; others take them on an empty stomach without issues. Find what fits your routine.
Are there any side effects?
Mushroom supplements are generally well-tolerated. The most commonly reported issue is mild gastrointestinal adjustment during the first week or two of use. Do not use this product if you have a known mushroom allergy. If you experience any adverse reaction, discontinue use and consult a healthcare provider.
Can I take these if I'm pregnant or nursing?
Consult your healthcare provider before using any dietary supplement during pregnancy or nursing. The safety of functional mushroom supplements during these life stages has not been adequately studied, and the conservative approach is to avoid them.
What medications might interact with the mushrooms in this product?
The medication categories most commonly discussed for mushroom interactions are blood thinners (Maitake, Chaga, Lion's Mane), diabetes medications (Maitake, Royal Sun Agaricus, Chaga), immunosuppressants (Reishi, Turkey Tail), and antihypertensives. If you take any prescription medication, consult your healthcare provider or pharmacist before starting regular use.
How are Pilly Labs Mushroom Gummies different from Pilly Labs Mushroom Coffee?
The mushroom coffee is a two-mushroom (Lion's Mane and Chaga) product designed to integrate mushroom intake into a morning coffee ritual. The mushroom gummies are a ten-mushroom multi-species product designed for readers who want a broader species spectrum and prefer a gummy format. Some readers use both; some use one or the other. Neither requires the other.
How are Pilly Labs Mushroom Gummies different from the Pilly Labs Chaga supplement?
The standalone Chaga supplement provides concentrated single-ingredient Chaga for readers who want higher per-serving Chaga content. The mushroom gummies provide a broader multi-species spectrum at lower per-species doses. Choose based on whether you want depth (single species, higher dose) or breadth (multiple species, daily ritual intake).

Pilly Labs Mushroom Gummies put ten researched mushroom species into a single daily gummy with concentrated fruiting body extracts, no artificial additives, and a pleasant raspberry flavor.

| Pilly Labs Gummies | 10 species (broad spectrum) | High (chew, no prep) | Moderate (10:1 extract) | Easy daily inclusion |
| Mushroom capsules | 1-4 species (focused) | Medium (pill swallowing) | Higher per species | Requires water and timing |
