Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time — any applicable free shipping offer will be displayed on the product page or at checkout.

International Orders: Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders (Zones 1, 2, and 3), please be aware of the following:

  • Customs duties and import taxes may apply to your order. These fees are determined by your country’s customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient, not Pilly Labs.
  • Pilly Labs has no control over customs fees and cannot predict the amount you may be charged. We recommend contacting your local customs office for information about duties and taxes before placing an international order.
  • Orders that are refused or abandoned at customs due to unpaid duties will not be refunded for shipping costs. Product costs will be refunded per our Refund Policy.
  • Shipments to certain countries may be subject to import restrictions on dietary supplements. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify that our products may be legally imported into their country.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your package appears to be lost, stolen, or arrives damaged:

  1. Check your tracking: Use the tracking number from your shipping confirmation email to check the current status of your package.
  2. Allow extra time: During peak seasons or for international shipments, packages may take longer than estimated delivery times.
  3. Contact us: If your tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive your package, or if your package arrives damaged, contact us at info@pillylabs.com within 7 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date for lost packages).

For packages that are confirmed lost or damaged in transit, we will send a replacement at no additional cost or issue a full refund, at your preference.

For packages marked as “delivered” that you did not receive, we will work with the carrier to investigate. We may ask you to check with neighbors, your building’s front desk, or local mail facility before issuing a replacement.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. If you do not receive tracking information within 7 business days of placing your order, please contact us at info@pillylabs.com.
