Shipping Policy
Current U.S. shipping terms.
Standard U.S. shipping is $6.90 for orders under $99 and free when the order reaches $99. Applicable tax is calculated at checkout.
Fulfillment
Orders generally require 1–5 business days for processing and fulfillment. Weekends, holidays, address questions or inventory exceptions can add time.
Carrier transit
USPS transit is generally estimated at 2–4 business days, or 1–3 business days when Priority Mail is available and selected. These are carrier estimates, not guarantees.
Tracking
Tracking is emailed when a carrier label is created. Movement can take time to appear after the carrier accepts the package.
International checkout
International ordering is currently unavailable while product-by-country compliance and final checkout boundary tests are completed. The United Kingdom and all other international destinations remain disabled for checkout.
Address, loss or damage
Review your address before ordering. If a package is damaged, missing or sent incorrectly, contact us with the order number and any useful photos. We will investigate promptly and work toward a fair customer-first resolution.
