30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind every Pilly Labs product with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of receiving your order.

This guarantee applies to both opened and unopened products. We believe you should be able to try our supplements to determine if they work for you. If they don’t meet your expectations, we want to make it right.

How to Request a Refund

To start a return or refund request, contact us at info@pillylabs.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The product(s) you would like to return
  • The reason for the return (optional, but helps us improve)

We will respond within 1–2 business days with instructions. In most cases, we will issue a refund without requiring you to return the product.

Refund Processing

Once your refund is approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 2 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund (typically 5–10 business days).

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund and you have not received it, please contact us at info@pillylabs.com.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is damaged or defective
  • You received the wrong product
  • Items are missing from your order

We will send a replacement at no additional cost or issue a full refund, at your preference.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. The fastest way to get a different product is to request a refund for your original order and place a new order for the item you prefer.

Subscription Refunds

If you are subscribed to a recurring order and wish to cancel, you may do so at any time (see our Manage Subscription page or Terms of Service for instructions). Regarding refunds on subscription orders:

  • Unintended renewal charges: If you are charged for a renewal you did not intend to receive, contact us within 14 days of the charge date for a full refund
  • Shipped subscription orders: Subject to the same 30-day satisfaction guarantee as one-time purchases — opened or unopened, you may request a full refund within 30 days of delivery
  • Cancellation timing: Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. We do not issue partial-period refunds for the billing cycle in which you cancel, unless required by applicable law

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive. To exercise this right, contact us at info@pillylabs.com.

Limitations

  • The 30-day satisfaction guarantee is limited to one refund per product per customer. This prevents misuse while ensuring every customer can try our products risk-free.
  • Refund requests made more than 30 days after delivery will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged product).
