How to Manage Your Subscription
Step 1: Log Into Your Account
- Go to pillylabs.com/account
- Enter the email address you used when you placed your order
- Check your email for the login link (we use passwordless login for security)
- Click the link to access your account
Step 2: Find Your Subscription
- Once logged in, look for "Manage Subscriptions" or "Active Subscriptions"
- You'll see all your current subscription products, next delivery dates, and billing amounts
Step 3: Make Your Changes
From your subscription dashboard, you can:
- Skip a delivery — Push your next order back without cancelling
- Change frequency — Switch between monthly, every 2 months, or every 3 months
- Swap products — Switch to a different product at the same subscription price
- Update payment method — Change your card on file
- Update shipping address — Move? No problem
- Cancel your subscription — Effective immediately, no future charges
How to Cancel Your Subscription
We won't make this hard to find. Here's exactly how to cancel:
- Log into your account at pillylabs.com/account
- Find the subscription you want to cancel
- Click "Cancel Subscription"
- Confirm your cancellation
- Done. You'll receive a confirmation email.
What happens when you cancel:
- Your subscription stops immediately — no more charges
- You keep access to your account and order history
- Any orders already shipped are not affected
- You can resubscribe anytime at the current price
Important: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the next cycle. If you're charged after cancelling, contact us immediately and we'll issue a full refund for that charge.
