Shipping policy
Order processing
Most orders require 1–5 business days for fulfillment before they ship. This processing time is separate from carrier transit time. First-time label verification, unusually large orders, stock issues, holidays, or other fulfillment checks may add time.
United States delivery
- USPS Ground Advantage: typically 2–4 business days after fulfillment.
- USPS Priority: typically 1–3 business days after fulfillment when offered at checkout.
Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Our fulfillment provider currently does not ship to Alaska or Hawaii.
International delivery
International availability is limited to the products and destinations shown as eligible at checkout. If no shipping option appears for your address, we cannot safely accept that order yet. Please contact us instead of selecting a different destination.
Eligible international orders ship from the United States by FedEx and typically take 3–5 business days after fulfillment. Customs review can cause additional delays outside our or the carrier’s control.
Duties, taxes, and import fees
International shipments are sent Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU). Product prices and shipping charges do not include customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or similar destination charges. The customer is responsible for any amount assessed by local authorities or the delivery carrier.
Product and destination restrictions
Some products cannot be imported into every country. We may limit, hold, or cancel an order before fulfillment when a product or destination is not eligible. If customs delays or refuses a shipment, contact us immediately so we can investigate and explain the available options.
Address changes and cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible if an address is wrong or an order must be cancelled. Orders can usually be changed only while the fulfillment status is “New.” Once an order is accepted for fulfillment, changes or cancellation may no longer be possible.
Tracking and split shipments
Tracking is emailed when a shipment is ready. Products may sometimes ship from more than one US fulfillment location and arrive in separate packages.
