How Pilly Labs Reviews Work

What Is Currently Observable

The captured Pilly Labs storefront loads the Judge.me reviews application. That identifies the display platform visible in the storefront code; it does not, by itself, prove how each review was collected or screened.

What Is Not Yet Documented

Pilly Labs does not currently have source documentation in this project establishing:

• whether every displayed review comes from a verified purchaser;
• whether any reviewer received a discount, sample, reward, or other incentive;
• what moderation rules determine whether a review is displayed; or
• whether the storefront shows every submitted review.

Until those policies are documented, this page does not label reviews as verified purchases or claim that the review set is complete, independent, or unincentivized.

How to Read Customer Feedback

Customer reviews describe individual experiences. They do not establish that a supplement will produce the same result for you, and they are not a substitute for product-label facts, safety guidance, or controlled research.

When evaluating a review, look for specific details, separate comments about shipping or taste from health outcomes, and compare the account with the current label and product description.

Our Documentation Commitment

If Pilly Labs documents purchase verification, incentive disclosure, moderation, or publishing rules, this page should be updated with the policy and its effective date. Missing methodology remains an unknown rather than an assurance.
