What Pilly Labs Can and Cannot Verify
This page documents what quality evidence is currently on file for Pilly Labs products and what remains undocumented. Pilly Labs publishes only the claims it can verify.
What Is Currently Verified
One physical product label is currently available for direct review:
- Owner-Provided Label — Chaga Mushroom Complex The Chaga Mushroom Complex label supports these product facts: 1,000 mg Chaga Mycelium per 2-capsule serving, 40% polysaccharides (400 mg), 30 servings per container, and Made in USA.
An internal correction record also preserves when Chaga source data was reconciled to that label. That record supports editorial traceability; it is not a manufacturing certificate, laboratory report, or independent product-quality test.
What Remains Undocumented
The following claims are commonly made by supplement companies but are not yet backed by certificates or documentation on file for Pilly Labs:
- FDA-registered facility — No FDA registration certificate on file for any product.
- GMP-certified facility — No GMP certificate on file for any product.
- Third-party tested for purity and potency — No Certificate of Analysis (COA) on file for any product.
- USDA Organic — No organic certificate on file (Chaga product uses the word “organic” but no certificate is available).
Until these documents are collected and verified, Pilly Labs product pages do not claim FDA registration, GMP certification, or third-party testing.
The Suppression Policy
When a quality claim cannot be backed by a document on file, it is suppressed. This means:
- The claim does not appear on product pages.
- The claim does not appear in comparison tables.
- The claim does not appear in any Pilly Labs content.
This is a deliberate editorial choice. Making a quality claim without documentation could mislead buyers. Pilly Labs prefers transparency about what is not yet documented over unverified assurances.
Exception: Made in USA
The Chaga Mushroom Complex label states “Made in USA.” This claim is publishable because it appears on the owner-verified physical label. No other product has a verified country-of-origin claim on file.
Document Collection Roadmap
As certificates become available, they will be added to the quality document ledger and the corresponding claims will be published on product pages. The goal is full documentation across all 10 products.
