What the Research Shows
Chaga contains polysaccharides, a broad group that includes beta-glucans. This label states total polysaccharides (40%, 400 mg per serving), which is not a beta-glucan percentage. Published research on chaga preparations has used extracts and amounts that differ from this finished supplement.
This product provides 1,000 mg of chaga mycelium powder standardized to 40% polysaccharides (400 mg) per serving. Results from isolated ingredient research do not directly predict outcomes from a finished supplement. Studies vary in extraction method, form (mycelium vs. fruiting body), dosing schedule, and population studied.

CHAPTER 4

The ingredient still life shows Chaga chunks and powder; the verified label facts above explain the capsule format.
Who This Is For
Chaga Mushroom Complex is for people who want a single-ingredient chaga capsule with the amount, the standardization and every other ingredient printed on the bottle label. The ingredient is mycelium powder, not fruiting body.

CHAPTER 5
Choose by fit, not hype
A measured capsule format may suit some routines; medication and condition questions belong with a clinician.
Who This May Not Suit
If you take anticoagulant or blood-thinning medication (warfarin, heparin, etc.), consult your healthcare provider before use — chaga may interact with these medications. The same applies if you take medication for blood sugar management.
Pregnant or nursing mothers, children under 18, and individuals with a known medical condition should consult a physician before use.

Label record and testing documents
The capsules are made in a facility with UL Good Manufacturing Practice certification (the current certificate expires December 8, 2028), and the facility is registered with the FDA; registration is not FDA approval. The manufacturer publishes a Certificate of Analysis for each production lot. The report we hold for this capsule is for an earlier lot (2024-17690, manufactured May 2024) and an older capsule specification, so it does not describe the bottle you receive. That earlier report's scope was a total polysaccharide assay (410.43 mg per two capsules against the 400 mg on the label), heavy metals, gluten and microbiology; heavy metals and gluten are tested on a schedule and not on every lot. The assay reports total polysaccharides, not beta-glucans. A report applies only to the lot it names, so ask customer care which report matches your lot code. The quality documentation page lists the records as they stand.
